Families Welcome Team

We want to provide families the warmest welcome every week! We want them to know this is a safe and fun space for their children to be a part of and that's what this role is about! 

This role will entail welcoming families on a Sunday morning, showing them where the relevant things are (toilets/changing stations, exits, leaders, various kids spaces), and explaining to them if they are new what the children's activities are. You'll also be responsible for signing the children in using an iPad and assigning pagers per family so that they are contactable during the service.

Kids' Catering

This role is all about hospitality! We want our kids to be able to enjoy a healthy snack after they've worshipped their hearts out. 

This role will entail preparing fruits and juices for the children's snack time. Preparations will need to be done before a service starts and will look like cutting fruit pieces and serving them into relevant bowls for the two age groups. This role will also include coming into the kids' space after 12pm to move the dirty dishes to the dishwasher and to remove all waste.

Kids' Admin 

This role will entail being part of a team that works behind the scene during the week to ensure that all the processes, procedures, purchasing and general admin things are taken care of and refined. In this role you would have meetings with the Children's and Families Pastor to review processes such as Risk Management, Sign in/out of young people/ Rotas for teams (not exhaustive). This team would be ongoing.

Kids' Worker

Kids' work is the most fun you could have on a Sunday! We love to partner with families in equipping young people to experience Jesus, through family, fun, supernatural activations, the Bible and creating! 

This role entails being a part of a kids session from 11am-12pm during a Sunday morning service. It will include preparing for a session (reviewing, learning and adapting materials provided), ensuring materials that may be needed are communicated to the relevant person for purchasing etc. You'll be supporting a main lead in either the 2-5 yr olds' space or in the 6-10yr olds' space. Your role is to engage with the children and to help them engage with Jesus through the session.

Crèche Supervisor

Babies are experiencing God just as much as we are and we love to make space for god to move in our youngest family members. 

This role will entail being present in the creche space from 11am-12pm whilst parents and their children use the space. The role doesn't require that you lead a session but that you look after the space, connect with parents and their children and make it as easy as possible for them to engage with the service. Parents will not be leaving their children in these spaces so you will not be responsible for anyone's child.

Kids' Event Team

We love to have fun as a family and that's what Kids' events are all about. We'd love to have a team of people who serve at events to create space for families to be families. 

If you want to serve the Children and Families ministry by taking part in our event that would be amazing! This role would entail helping to run the events we put on by looking after certain activities, looking after catering, connecting with families during the event etc.

Sunday Youth Worker

Teenagers are the future and this generation are hungry for God in a way the world hasn't seen before. This role will entail being a part of a session on a Sunday morning with our teenagers. These run from around 11am-12pm.  It will include preparing for a session (reviewing, learning and adapting materials provided), ensuring materials that may be needed are communicated to the relevant person for purchasing etc.

Friday Youth Worker

 Being a community of young people is so important and so much fun. We meet every 2nd friday (fortnightly) from 7pm-9pm for a time of worship, word, games, sweets, ministry and more. This role could look a number of ways but the premise is simply this: helping to make space for the teenagers to experience Jesus. This might be leading/playing games, facilitating discussion times, selling tuck, etc. It's all about fun & Jesus. Youth Event TeamWe'd love to have a team of people who serve at events to create space for families to be families. If you want to serve the Youth ministry by taking part in our event that would be amazing! This role would entail helping to run the events we put on by looking after certain activities, looking after catering, connecting with families during the event etc.
